From your photo to the painting on the wall
Everything happens online, except the painting. Here is what happens after the click, and what we promise you at every step.

01You send the photo
From the configurator, in a few seconds. We check sharpness and size immediately; if the photo does not work, we tell you before you pay.

02You compose the painting
Style, size, orientation, subjects, finish, options. The full price shows at every choice; delivery is calculated in the cart.
10 to 15 working days
03The artist paints
Your photo is studied, sometimes reframed to serve the subject. The canvas is hand-painted, in the technique of the chosen style, in our studio in the Loire Valley.
As soon as the painting is finished
04You approve the preview
A photograph of the finished painting is sent to you by email. You approve, or ask for a revision: the first is included.
3 to 8 working days depending on the destination
05The painting travels
Drying, varnish if planned, floating frame if chosen, then reinforced packaging. You receive the tracking number by email.
Why a preview?
Because a personalised painting cannot be returned
The law excludes personalised goods from the right of withdrawal. So we put the check before shipping: you see the finished painting, you approve it, and only then does it leave. One revision is included in the price.
