Payment data is processed by the payment provider on its secure page; we have no access to it.
03Photographs
Your photographs are kept for the time needed to make the painting and for the warranty, 180 days at most, then deleted. They are neither published, nor passed on, nor used for other purposes without your written consent.
04Retention periods
Orders and invoices: ten years, under accounting obligations. Photographs: 180 days. Cart and language preferences: in your browser, until you clear them.
05Audience measurement and advertising
The website may use audience measurement and advertising campaign tracking tools. Their activation depends on the site's configuration; no card data or photograph is sent to them.
06Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Write to the contact email address quoting your order reference. You may contact the CNIL in case of disagreement.
