Which photo should I send?
A sharp, well-lit photo where the subject is close. A recent phone photo works very well. Avoid filters and heavy retouching: the artist prefers the original. If a photo doesn't work, we tell you before painting.
Can you combine several photos into one painting?
Yes. Add up to three photos to your painting and say in the instructions who should go where. Each person or animal counts as a subject (+ 20% of the base price per subject beyond the first).
How long does it take?
Allow 10 to 15 working days of creation, then the delivery time for your zone. The Priority creation option brings painting down to 5 to 7 working days.
Is it really hand-painted?
Yes: no canvas print, no digital filter. Every painting is painted by an artist in our studio, signed on the back and dated. The style preview in the configurator is only an on-screen simulation to help you choose.
What if I don't like the result?
Before any shipping, you receive a photograph of the finished painting. One revision is included in the price: background, tint, detail. We only ship a painting you have approved.
Can I return the painting?
A personalised painting is excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. That is precisely why we show you the preview before shipping. If it is damaged in transit, we take the piece back and redo it.
How does the painting arrive?
Canvas stretched on a frame, painted edges, hanger fitted, or in its floating frame. All wrapped in film, with corner protectors and double-wall cardboard. A tracking number is emailed to you.
Where do you deliver?
To Italy and France first, then Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal and Ireland. Costs and free-delivery thresholds are shown in the cart, by country; delivery is free from €150 in Italy and France.
Can I collect my painting?
Yes, by appointment at the studio in Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, near Tours, with no shipping cost. Choose “Collect from the studio” in the cart.
How do I pay?
By bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on a secure payment page. We never see your card details. You receive a confirmation by email as soon as the payment is accepted.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to paint your painting and to send you the preview. They are kept for the duration of the order, then deleted. We never publish them without your written consent.
